Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds For Donations

As donations are voluntary contributions made toward charitable and social welfare activities, donations are generally considered final and non-refundable once successfully processed.

However, a refund request may be considered in exceptional situations such as:

• A duplicate transaction
• An incorrect amount charged because of a technical error
• An unauthorized transaction reported promptly
• A payment successfully debited multiple times for the same donation

Refund Request Timeline

Any refund request should be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for consideration except where required by law.

Refund Approval & Processing

All refund requests are reviewed individually. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. If approved, refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Approved refunds may take approximately 7–15 business days to reflect in the donor's account depending on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, or financial institution. Where legally permitted, payment gateway charges, bank charges, or processing fees already incurred may not be refundable.
